5 PM – Scratch Level 1 – Allison

Today we:

1. Finished the Ask Gobo project
2. Started the Animal Race project
3. Added the Cat sprite, Bat sprite, Dog sprite, Finish Line sprite, Bat Start sprite, Dog Start sprite, and background
4. Learned about variables, learned about how to make the Cat count down, and finished the Cat’s code
5. Made the Dog go to and show up on top of the Dog Start sprite every time the green flag is pressed
6. Made the Dog move and change costumes when we press the M key

Homework:

1. Continue the Animal Race project
2. Do pg. 56 from the coding book
