5 PM – Scratch 1 – Yitong

Today we:

1. Started the Custom Birthday Card project.
2. Uploaded a picture of our mom into the Button sprite and removed the changing sprite color code.
3. Added an Arrow sprite.
4. Made the Arrow sprite move towards the picture of the mom and return to its original location.
5. Made the Arrow sprite hide when it receives the message “Party!”
6. Replaced the Shark 1, Shark 2, and Cake sprites with a picture of ourselves and our mom.
7. Changed the text in Backdrop1 and added the Eiffel Tower background.
8. Changed the size of the Banner sprite.
9. Changed the locations of the Banner and Cake sprites.

Homework:

1. Add a second Arrow sprite. Make it move from the right to the left. Make sure it goes back to the same spot it started from.
2. Make the Shark 1 and Shark 2 sprites start from the top of the screen and then glide down to the bottom.
