6 PM – Scratch 1 – Yitong

Today we:

1. Went over homework.

Homework:

1. Add the Beetle sprite.
2. Flip the Beetle sprite so that it’s facing LEFT.
3. Make the Beetle sprite start at the RIGHT side of the screen and walk to the LEFT.
   • Hint: Look at the Bear sprite for help.
4. Make the Beetle sprite change costumes when walking.
5. Add the Dragonfly sprite.
6. Flip the Dragonfly sprite so that it’s facing DOWN.
   • Hint: Use the direction wheel that I showed you in class! Try spinning the Dragonfly sprite around and see what happens.
7. Make the Dragonfly sprite start at the TOP of the screen and fly DOWN.
   • Hint: Look at the Dinosaur3 sprite for help.
8. Make the Dragonfly 3 sprite change costumes when flying.
