Today We Did
- Reviewed the requirements for sprites before we buy any (hopefully we can all find free sprites).
- Learned how to crop images using FireAlpaca to make correctly “fitting” sprites.
- Cloned our new group project repositories.
- Cloned the new Shoot Balloon repository & started project.
- You can always find the code we wrote in class in my Gitlab repository here:

Homework
- Homework:
- Finalize the (PLAYER AND ENEMY) sprites you choose to use for your project (make sure your group members agree before buying anything).
- You NEED more than 1 sprite for both your player and enemy (they both must look animated).
- Crop any sprites that need to be cropped
- If you need help using FireAlpaca, guide: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_Yr-K4MZAt1uch38ApHz9QdW_Ao4Hb5uXayFdP8fJFo/edit?usp=sharing
- Please split up work evenly among group members (one person crops player sprites, other person crops enemy sprites).
- Move all correctly cropped sprites to your newly cloned asset directory.
- If you want to “test” anything to see if you did things correctly, you can try blitting one of your images.
- Finalize the (PLAYER AND ENEMY) sprites you choose to use for your project (make sure your group members agree before buying anything).
