10:30 AM – Scratch 1 – Yitong

Today we:

1. Added the Boxing Glove and Pow sprites.
2. Added the Big Boing sound effect.
3. Made the Boxing Glove sprite follow the mouse.
4. Made the Eyeball and Head sprites move back and forth when the Eyeball sprite touches the Boxing Glove sprite or senses video motion.
5. Made the Pow sprite show up at random locations in the top left corner of the screen.

Homework:

1. Your Head sprite should have 2 costumes, a happy one and a sad/angry one.
2. When the game starts, the Head sprite should have the Happy costume on.
3. When the Eyeball sprite gets hit, the Head sprite should switch to the Sad/Angry costume.
4. When the Eyeball sprite is done getting hit, the Head sprite should switch back to the Happy costume.
