5pm Scratch Level 2 – Bill

Today We:

1. Continued the Fireball Fighting project
2. Made the backdrop start as the normal backdrop
3. Made the players reset their position
4. Added background music
5. Added Sound effects
6. Finished the Fireball Fighting project
7. Started How Old Are You? project
8. Learned how to get input from user
9. Learned about the answer variable

Your HW:

1. Do the Movie Ticket Price project
2. Create a new project called Movie Ticket Price
3. Add the sprite called D Money Dance. Change the sprite name to something else that is easier to pronoun like “Anthony”
4. Make Anthony ask the user what their name is
   1. After that make Anthony say “Hello {user’s input}”
5. Make Anthony ask the user what movie they are watching
   1. After that make Anthony say “{user’s input} is a great Movie !”
6. Make Anthony ask the User their age
   1. If the User’s Age Input is less than 3 or their age is bigger than 59, Make the price of the ticket be free
   2. If the User’s Age Input is bigger than 2 and their age is less than 11, Make the price of the ticket be $5
   3. If the User’s Age Input is bigger than 10 and their age is less than 60, Make the price of the ticket be $10
   4. For all of those scenarios Anthony should say “Your ticket price is {price depending on age}”
