9:30 AM – Scratch 1 – Yitong

Today we:

1. Learned about coordinates, the x-axis, and the y-axis.
2. Started the Draw Shapes project.
3. Learned about the pen extension.
4. Made the Cat sprite draw the square and rectangle.

Homework:

1. Find all the coordinates for the octagon.
2. Make the Cat sprite draw the triangle and the octagon.
3. Separate the code for each shape using “broadcast” and “when I receive” blocks.
