9:30 AM – Scratch 1 – Yitong

Today we:

1. Finished the Animal Crossing project.
2. Started the Spiralizer project.
3. Added the Ball sprite.
4. Learned about clones.
5. Made the Ball sprite turn, change color, and make clones.
6. Made the Ball clones move forever and get deleted when they touch the edge of the screen.
7. Added the Pen extension.
8. Made the Ball clones draw lines and change line colors.
9. Added the Angle, Speed, and PenSize variables.
10. Made it so we can change the code while playing the game using variables.

Homework:

1. Make it so you can change the speed of the clones (how fast the clones are moving) using the Speed variable.
   • Hint: Think about where we change how fast the clones are moving and look at how we used the other variables for help.
