9:30 AM – Scratch 1 – Yitong

Today we:

1. Finished the Spiralizer project.
2. Started the Tunnel of Doom project.
3. Added the Cat sprite, created the Tunnel sprite, and added the Home Button sprite.
4. Made the Cat sprite follow the mouse-pointer forever after it touches the mouse-pointer.
5. Added code for the Cat sprite and Tunnel sprite collision.
6. Added code for when the Cat sprite touches the Home Button sprite.

Homework:

1. Make the Win Banner sprite.
2. Have the Win Banner sprite hide at the start of the game, then make it show up when the Cat sprite touches the Home Button sprite. (Hint: think about how the Cat sprite can tell the Win Banner sprite to show up)
3. Make the Win Banner change colors forever.
4. Stop the Cave background music when the Cat sprite touches the Home Button sprite.
